Gift Program Terms

These terms cover the Rizzo's Wrigleyville follow gift program (the "Program"). By claiming a gift through this page, you agree to them. Short version: follow us on Instagram, claim one gift, show your server, enjoy responsibly.
How the Program works
- Follow Rizzo's on Instagram, then submit the claim form on this page.
- You will receive a digital gift ticket on your phone. It expires 10 minutes after it is issued, so claim it when you are at the bar.
- The ticket must be redeemed in person at Rizzo's Wrigleyville by a member of our staff. Screenshots, photos, or copies of a ticket are not valid.
One per guest
The Program is limited to one gift per person. We enforce this by email address and Instagram handle. Attempts to claim more than once, including with different contact info, may result in the claim being refused.
What the gift is
The gift is selected by Rizzo's and may change at any time. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Where the gift involves alcohol, you must be 21 or older with valid ID, and applicable laws and house policies apply.
Eligibility
The Program is intended for guests of legal drinking age (21+) visiting Rizzo's Wrigleyville in Chicago, Illinois. Rizzo's staff and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Our discretion
Rizzo's may modify, pause, or end the Program at any time without notice. We may refuse or cancel any claim we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, automated, or otherwise outside the spirit of the Program.
Not affiliated with Instagram
This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any information you provide goes to Rizzo's, not to Instagram. Your use of Instagram is governed by Instagram's own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Program is provided as is, and Rizzo's is not liable for technical issues, lost or expired tickets, or the unavailability of any particular gift. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules.
